Yes. Your clipboard history, favorites, snippets and settings are stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers. Text leaves your device only when you press an AI button, for that single request, and it is not stored. Password fields are never captured, and you can exclude any site completely. No API keys, ever — the AI runs through LexaClip's servers. You just sign in with your Google account so we can keep track of your plan and daily usage. We only receive your email address and name, never your password.

Define a shortcut like ;sig with the text it should expand into, then type it in any text field on any website — LexaClip replaces it instantly. Great for signatures, addresses, canned replies and anything else you type daily. Manage snippets from the panel's Settings tab.
Select any text on a page and a small toolbar appears right above it with Summarize, Translate and Grammar actions — plus more behind the ⋮ menu. The result opens in the side panel. If you prefer, you can switch the toolbar off in Settings.

Yes. Add any domain to the Excluded sites list in Settings and LexaClip goes completely silent there — no capture, no toast, no toolbar, no snippets. You can also pause clipboard capture everywhere with a single toggle.
Your local data disappears when you clear it or uninstall the extension. To change or cancel a plan, or to have your account data deleted from our servers, email us at support@lumerexa.com — deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
